Bought some of your sauce at the local farmers market, I was curious how long it is good for?

Hello Bruce :) Thank you so much for trying out our chili sauce!
The answer is that it depends – if you keep the lid on and the bottle refrigerated, it will usually last at least 4 weeks and often up to several months. If it smells funky or mold has grown, then it has gone bad.
