Brenpa’s Mindful Radish
2 bunches radish chopped
1 yellow zucchini chopped
3 TSP of Mindful Chili Sauce
2 TSP of Oil
Salt To taste
Add oil to a heated pan, stir Mindful Chili Sauce in oil until it sizzles.
Add radishes, zucchinis and salt to taste. Watch the magic of elements coming together.
Stir well and evenly and let it cook for 10 mins on high heat and then turn it down to medium and put the lid on.
Cook till it’s done. Some of us likes little crispy and raw while others prefer well cooked. Enjoy!
